How to hook up computer to television?
alright, wanting to get satellite on my computer, run it over to my television and watch it there. new computer, old television. However, I have a mini home theater system that I run my audio and video through that is fairly new.
So, On my computer I have an HDMI, and what might be a mini-VGA spot
On my home theater, I have an RGB component connection and an s video, as well as regular yellow, red, white.
My television has the yellow, red, white and an s video port.
I am so confused at this point...what is the best way to hook this all up and make it successful??
Use S-Video, HDMI, of regular DVI (using a VGA - DVI converter).
Forget the component stuff..
